The Cafer Güven Nursing Home Project, constructed within the boundaries of Eskişehir Province, is designed to accommodate a total of 105 residents and consists of a five-story building comprising one basement level and four above-ground floors. The total enclosed construction area of the building is 6,349 m².

All advanced rough construction work has been fully completed as part of the project. This includes the completion of all excavation and backfilling work on the construction site, as well as the fabrication of reinforced concrete elements for the foundation and superstructure in accordance with technical specifications and project plans. Additionally, the interior and exterior wall construction has been completed, and the Megaron roof system, which was selected for the roof, has also been completed in accordance with the project, bringing the building’s rough construction to an advanced stage.

All these works have been completed in accordance with the work schedule, while adhering to quality and occupational safety standards, and the project has been brought to a state where it can be delivered in full at the advanced rough construction stage.
