his Information Notice ("Notice") aims to inform you about the scope of the processing of your personal data and special categories of personal data (personal data and special categories of personal data are hereinafter collectively referred to as "Personal Data") by UMUT İNŞAAT TUR. In accordance with Article 3 of the KVKK, the processing of Personal Data refers to any operation performed on data, such as obtaining, recording, storing, retaining, modifying, reorganizing, disclosing, transferring, taking over, making available, classifying, or preventing the use of Personal Data, either wholly or partially by automated means or by non-automated means as part of any data recording system.
2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your Personal Data collected by Umut İnşaat may be used for the following purposes:
To carry out recruitment processes by Umut İnşaat.
To fulfill necessary commercial and technical obligations within the scope of activities and construction activities carried out by Umut İnşaat.
To ensure that the activities carried out by Umut İnşaat are in compliance with relevant legislation, international agreements, and the processes of Umut İnşaat.
To fulfill commercial and legal obligations within the framework of contracts or activities with third-party real or legal persons who are in a business relationship with Umut İnşaat.
To fulfill obligations arising from contracts with business partners/customers/suppliers/contractors, to establish and protect rights, to conduct commercial and legal evaluation processes, and to manage financial affairs.
To protect the life and property of Umut İnşaat employees/customers/visitors, to fulfill legal obligations, or to meet the requirements or demands of judicial bodies or authorized administrative institutions. Data may be used for activities such as archiving to fulfill legal obligations in electronic or physical environments to achieve the purposes mentioned here, by taking technical and administrative (security and legal) measures as stipulated by the Laws.
Your data may be collected automatically or non-automatically, verbally, in writing, or electronically, depending on your relationship with Umut İnşaat. This data will be updated as long as your relationship continues. Mandatory data will be processed within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, to fulfill our legal responsibilities as the Data Controller, in cases where it is expressly provided for in the Laws, where data processing is necessary for the establishment, use, or protection of a right, where it is mandatory to fulfill a legal obligation, and where the processing of personal data belonging to the parties of a contract is necessary, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of the contract.
The purpose is to provide the above-mentioned activities, and your data will be processed within the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.
3. Persons to Whom Your Processed Personal Data May Be Transferred and the Purpose of Transfer
Your Personal Data collected at Umut İnşaat may be transferred to third parties at home and/or abroad, including but not limited to our business partners, suppliers, Umut İnşaat officials, shareholders, companies affiliated with or under the control of Umut İnşaat, legally authorized public institutions and private individuals, institutions and organizations to which we are required to transfer information by international agreements, the Social Security Institution, insurance and brokerage services companies, our contracted banks, internationally certified payment institutions, our other domestic/foreign business partners, courier companies, law enforcement agencies, external service providers, hosting service providers, and law firms, for the reasons listed above. Your personal data is collected automatically or non-automatically, verbally, in writing, or electronically through the Umut İnşaat website (https://www.umutinsaat.com.tr/), social media channels, mobile applications, and similar means for the purpose of carrying out communication activities, managing product/service processes, and conducting business activity processes.
Your personal data may be collected when you benefit from services such as training, seminars, courses, conferences, etc., when you attend organized events, and when you visit the company's facilities, website, or social media accounts.
Your personal data is obtained for the purposes of conducting and finalizing Umut İnşaat's recruitment processes and for communicating with you in this context. Your personal data collected for this legal reason may be collected through various collection methods, including automatic or non-automatic, verbal, written, and electronic means.
Your personal data may be collected, updated, and processed within the legal grounds specified in the KVKK. Your Personal Data is collected, processed, and stored in physical and/or electronic environments by Umut İnşaat for the legal reasons mentioned in sections 2 and 3 above, from the time of employment, throughout the duration of the service contract, and until the legal retention period ends after the service contract terminates.
Your Personal Data may also be obtained physically or electronically from institutions and organizations we serve and/or have a commercial relationship with.
Your Personal Data collected and stored by the legal reasons and methods mentioned above may also be processed and transferred to third parties at home and/or abroad for the purposes specified in sections 2 and 3 of this "Information Notice," within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.
5. Rights of the Personal Data Owner Listed in Article 11 of the KVKK
As the owner of your Personal Data, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to Umut İnşaat via mail to the address on Umut İnşaat's official website or electronically to the email address info@umutinsaat.com.tr, Umut İnşaat will conclude the request within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days in accordance with the provisions of the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Application to the Data Controller, depending on the nature of the request. In this context, personal data owners have the right to:

Request information if their personal data has been processed.
Learn the purpose of the processing of personal data and whether it is used in line with its purpose.
Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred at home or abroad.
Request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data and to be notified of the transaction made in this context to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred.

In accordance with Article 11 and Article 13, paragraph 1 of the Law and the communiqué published on the Procedures and Principles for Application to the Data Controller, you may submit your request containing your explanations regarding the right you wish to exercise, along with your other contact information, by filling out a petition or the Relevant Person Application Form.
In this context, you may exercise your rights under Article 11 of the Law by filling out this form and submitting it, along with the relevant information and documents, through the following channels:

Your requests in your application as the data owner will be concluded free of charge by Umut İnşaat within the shortest time determined by the Law (within a maximum of thirty days), depending on the nature of the request.
