This project involved the construction and infrastructure works for critical structures within Oyak Renault Inc., including the Dilisyon Building, V1-V4 Assembly Buildings, and the H2O Building. The primary goal was to enhance the facility's operational capacity and efficiency. Through our meticulous work, we constructed durable and functional buildings that meet the high-standard requirements of industrial facilities.
Ground and Foundation Works
At the outset of the project, excavation and backfilling works were completed with great care to ensure the buildings would rest on a long-lasting and stable foundation. These works, tailored to the land's geological structure, created a substructure capable of safely supporting the loads of the new buildings. On this solid ground, reinforced concrete foundations were constructed to withstand the static and dynamic loads of the structures.
For deep foundation areas, particularly where a high water table existed or special protection was required, specialized waterproofing was applied up to the plinth level. These advanced waterproofing applications protected the structures' foundations from the potential damaging effects of groundwater, thereby extending their structural integrity and lifespan.
Structural and Infrastructure Fabrications
The main load-bearing skeleton of the buildings was erected using steel-frame structural systems, offering a fast, flexible, and safe solution. The Dilisyon, V1-V4 Assembly, and H2O Buildings were designed with wide spans and high ceilings to provide maximum flexibility for operational processes. These structures also include warehouse buildings to meet various storage needs.
Another critical phase of the project was the pre-integration of necessary infrastructure systems to ensure smooth future operational processes. This involved the installation of electrical conduits within the reinforced concrete fabrications and the installation of embedded elements for various process equipment. This detailed planning eliminated the need for additional cutting or drilling after the concrete was poured, allowing for the quick and safe setup of the facility's electrical and process lines.
