As Umut Construction, the Wafer Production Facility Project we carried out for Nestlé Food Inc., one of the global leaders in the food industry, has been one of the important projects that once again demonstrated our expertise and technical capabilities in industrial building construction.

With a total construction area of 17,300 m², the project meticulously implemented the high hygiene standards, durability criteria, and efficiency-focused engineering solutions required for food production facilities.

Work Carried Out Within the Scope of the Project

1. Underground Sugar Storage Facilities

Deep excavation work was carried out with great care,

Durable and long-lasting storage areas were constructed using reinforced concrete construction techniques,

Electrical, mechanical, and finishing work was completed, making the facilities ready for use.

2. Coffee Storage Facility

Constructed quickly and reliably using reinforced concrete and prefabricated building systems,

Electrical and mechanical installations, along with finishing work, were completed without any issues,

The project was delivered in compliance with food storage standards.

3. Cafeteria Renovation and Expansion Works

The existing interior has been demolished in a controlled manner,

The capacity has been increased through expansion and renovation works,

All electrical, mechanical, and finishing works have been rebuilt to create a modern, comfortable, and functional cafeteria.

4. Infrastructure and Landscape Improvement Works

Infrastructure improvements were carried out throughout the facility,

Landscape, vehicle roads, and open area improvements ensured the aesthetic and functional integrity of the project.
