As Umut İnşaat, the New Cake Factory Project we have implemented for Eti Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., one of Turkey's leading brands in the food sector, is one of the important projects that once again demonstrates our technical strength and engineering experience in industrial facility construction.

With a total construction area of 22,600 m², the project was carried out in accordance with quality standards to meet all the requirements of a modern food production facility with high production capacity.

Work Carried Out Within the Scope of the Project

1. Ground and Foundation Work

Excavation and filling work was carried out with great care,

and reinforced concrete foundation construction was carried out in accordance with high strength standards.

2. Structural System and Roof

A robust and durable structural system was established using reinforced concrete prefabricated columns,

Reinforced concrete prefabricated roof elements were installed to create a modern roof structure capable of safely spanning wide openings.

3. Facade and Roof Cladding

Facade and roof cladding with high insulation properties, filled with rock wool, has been applied,

Ensuring high performance in terms of thermal, acoustic, and fire safety.

4. Floor Applications

Both normal site concrete and surface-hardened site concrete have been poured, ensuring both durability and ease of maintenance.

5. Electrical and Mechanical Works

All electrical and mechanical systems have been installed to support the factory's production processes,

taking into account energy efficiency, safety, and sustainability criteria.

6. Finishing Works  

Lightweight, insulated, and durable partitions have been created using gas concrete walls,  

Plastering and painting work on both interior and exterior surfaces has been carried out with meticulous care,  

High-quality ceramic tiles have been installed in wet areas,  

Certified fire doors have been installed for production area and fire safety.

With this project, Umut Construction has once again demonstrated its ability to deliver turnkey solutions for industrial facility projects, from excavation and foundation construction to structural systems, roof and facade cladding, electrical-mechanical integration, and finishing work.
