Designed to accommodate high visitor capacity with versatile functional areas, the construction process of this complex encompassed multiple stages—from excavation works to ceramic installations—implemented with technical competence, precise coordination, and a commitment to quality.
Scope of Works Executed:
🔹 Excavation and Earthworks:
In the initial phase, excavation and earthmoving works were carried out in accordance with the site’s geotechnical conditions, with due consideration for site logistics and environmental safety measures. Grading and sub-foundation preparations required to render the site construction-ready were completed without compromise.
🔹 Structural Works (Reinforced Concrete Construction):
The load-bearing systems—including reinforced concrete columns, beams, slabs, and shear walls—were constructed in compliance with the project’s structural calculations. High-durability, high-strength materials were used throughout, ensuring a robust and long-lasting structural framework.
🔹 Rough and Fine Plaster Applications:
Both rough coat and fine coat plaster works were applied on internal and external wall surfaces, forming the substrate for painting works and providing smooth, crack-resistant, and aesthetically suitable finishes. Special attention was given to retail units and common areas to achieve precise surface quality.
🔹 Painting Works:
Following fine plastering, all designated areas were painted with coatings that serve both decorative and protective purposes. The selected paint systems are washable, hygienic, and resistant to the high-traffic conditions of a shopping mall environment.
🔹 Screed Works:
Screed applications were executed across the majority of floor areas in preparation for final floor coverings. Level tolerances and surface flatness were meticulously maintained. Floor transitions between retail spaces, corridors, and service zones were carefully coordinated.
🔹 Wet Area Fit-Outs:
In wet areas—including restrooms, washrooms, and cleaning service zones—waterproofing, screed, and ceramic tiling works were carried out to specification. Ceramic installations for floors and walls balanced aesthetic appeal with functionality and durability.
🔹 Cafeteria Ceramic Installations:
In cafeteria and food court zones, ceramic floor finishes and backsplash tiling were installed, providing hygienic and durable solutions suitable for commercial food service environments.
