Our company has built a modern production facility with a total construction area of 10,420 m² for Ermetal, one of the well-established companies in the metal industry. This project is a turnkey project covering all stages from foundation to roof, including the most modern electrical and mechanical infrastructure. Designed with a focus on production process efficiency and worker safety, this facility stands as one of the strongest examples of our expertise in industrial construction.
Project Scope and Implementation Details:
Foundation and Rough Construction: The project began with the necessary excavation and filling work to ensure the factory was built on a solid foundation. Reinforced concrete foundations were poured to withstand heavy industrial loads, and foundation insulation was completed in full. The building's main structural framework was constructed using steel columns, roof, and facade steel, ideal for wide spans and high ceilings.
Facade and Roof Cladding: The exterior shell of the facility was clad with stone wool panels, which provide superior thermal and acoustic insulation. These panels contribute to energy efficiency while also offering a modern appearance. A siphonic system was also installed on the roof to ensure rapid and effective drainage of rainwater.
Custom Manufacturing and Interior Work: Custom solutions were produced in line with operational needs within the factory. Machine bases were constructed that were specially designed for the precise placement of production machines. Industrial doors were installed for ease of transportation and logistics within the facility, and fire doors were installed for safety. Modern restrooms and changing rooms were constructed for employee comfort and hygiene.
Flooring and Infrastructure: Specialized floor concrete was poured to ensure the factory could withstand heavy traffic and industrial chemicals. General infrastructure needs (clean and wastewater lines) were completed, and landscaping was carried out to make the facility's outdoor areas functional.
Electrical and Mechanical Systems: The factory's entire technical infrastructure has been installed with a focus on efficiency and safety.
Electrical: High-voltage installations and strong and weak current lines were installed to meet the facility's energy needs. Lightning protection and grounding systems were integrated for safety, along with fire detection and emergency announcement systems for possible emergencies. Generators and installations were set up to ensure uninterrupted energy flow.
