We have once again demonstrated this expertise with the Elatek Rubber Administrative Building project, which has a total construction area of 2,700 m². The project is a turnkey project covering all stages from the old building to the renovation, from the foundation to the interior details.
Project Scope and Implementation Details:
Excavation and Foundation Works: At the beginning of the project, the old garden wall was demolished and the area was cleared. Retaining and filling works were carried out with great care to ensure ground stabilization and prepare the foundations for the new structure. Reinforced concrete foundations, columns, and walls were constructed to ensure the structural integrity of the entire building. Additionally, foundation and ground level insulation work was fully completed to extend the building's lifespan.
Interior Finishing and Complementary Applications: Extensive finishing work was carried out to ensure the aesthetic and functional integrity of the building.
Floor and Wall Applications: The process began with stylish and durable marble cladding at the entrance and continued with hygienic and easy-to-clean PVC cladding in the office areas.
Ceiling and Partition Systems: A Baffle suspended ceiling system was installed to improve office acoustics while providing a modern appearance. Office partitioning was carried out to optimize the use of workspaces, and wooden door installations were completed to reflect the warmth of natural wood.Custom Manufacturing: Fire doors that comply with safety standards were installed. In addition, elevator construction was completed to increase the overall accessibility of the building.
Mechanical and Electrical Systems: All technical infrastructure installations that ensure the comfort and safety of the building were carried out by our professional team.
Electrical Systems: High-voltage power lines were installed to ensure a safe and uninterrupted power supply, while low-voltage systems (internet, telephone) were installed to support internal office communication. Modern lighting fixtures were installed, and a fire alarm system was integrated to address potential emergencies.
Mechanical Systems: Air conditioning and climate control systems were installed throughout the building with the comfort of employees in mind. Sanitary facilities for wastewater and clean water, as well as fire safety systems, were also completed.
Infrastructure and Environmental Arrangements: The project was not limited to the interior of the building. A drainage system was installed around the building to reinforce the waterproofing of the foundation. Clean water and sewage lines were created to support the overall operation of the facility and connected to the existing network. Finally, concrete was poured for the parking lot and walkways, and the building's surroundings were aesthetically landscaped to complete the project.
