Our company has constructed a modern Showroom and Parking Facility with a total construction area of 50,400 m² for Doğuş Otomotiv, one of the leading companies in the Turkish automotive sector. This project is one of the most prestigious examples of our expertise in engineering and project management, combining aesthetics and functionality with a luxurious showroom building and a comprehensive parking area.
Project Scope and Implementation Details:
Deep Excavation and Rough Construction: Our project, located in the city center, began with a safety-first approach. In this high-density location, shoring systems were installed during deep excavation to protect surrounding structures. The building's foundation was constructed on high-strength reinforced concrete foundations, ensuring that both the showroom and basement parking areas can safely bear their loads.
Layered Reinforced Concrete Construction: In the basement floors, walls and columns were constructed to provide spacious vehicle circulation areas. Transitions between the upper floors and basement floors were achieved using durable reinforced concrete slabs. Throughout the building, all insulation work (water, moisture, and thermal insulation) was completed to ensure the efficiency of the insulation.System Infrastructure and Special Applications: During the main rough construction of the building, the necessary infrastructure was prepared for the future operational needs of the building. Elevators and stairwells providing vertical circulation within the building were constructed. Shafts and embedded installations necessary for the smooth integration of electrical and mechanical installations were carefully placed.
Roof and Floor Construction: Sloped concrete, insulation, and protective concrete were poured to ensure waterproofing in the building's terrace areas. Site concrete was poured for the parking lot and service roads to create a smooth and durable surface.
Infrastructure and Landscaping: The project was not limited to the showroom building. All infrastructure and landscaping work supporting the overall operation of the facility was completed, and the project was delivered to the customer fully equipped.
