Our company has successfully completed the rough construction and infrastructure work for the Özdilek Shopping Mall and Residential Complex, one of Bursa's most prestigious projects, with a total construction area of 75,000 m². This massive project is a mixed-use development combining a modern shopping center with residential living, serving as one of the most prominent examples of our engineering expertise and capability to manage large-scale projects.
Project Scope and Implementation Details:
Foundation and Rough Construction: The project began with reinforced concrete foundations, which form the structural foundation of the building. On top of these foundations, basement walls and columns were constructed to support both the shopping mall and residential blocks. Throughout the building, reinforced concrete slabs were poured to form the layers, creating the skeletal structure of the architectural plan.
Insulation and Filling Works: To ensure the building's longevity and protection against external factors, insulation works were completed thoroughly from the foundation up through all floors. This ensures the highest level of water, moisture, and thermal insulation. Structural fillings and ground preparation works were also carried out with meticulous care.
System Infrastructure: Taking into account the future operational needs of the project, all infrastructure preparations were completed during the rough construction phase. Elevators and stairwells providing vertical circulation within the building were constructed. Shafts and embedded installations necessary for the smooth integration of electrical and mechanical installations were professionally installed.
Roof and Floor Construction: Terrace slope concrete, insulation, and protective concrete were poured to ensure waterproofing of the roofs of the residential and shopping mall sections. In outdoor areas, site concrete was poured to make parking lots and service roads durable and ready for use.
Infrastructure and Landscape Design: The project was not limited to the construction of buildings. All infrastructure and landscape design works supporting the overall operation of the facility were completed, ensuring the aesthetic and functional integrity of the project.
