As Umut İnşaat, we successfully undertook critical phases of the construction process for the Acıbadem Eskişehir Hospital project, commissioned by Acıbadem Healthcare Group, one of Turkey’s leading healthcare organizations.

The project site was handed over to us with ground improvement works already completed. From that point onward, all reinforced concrete superstructure and shell construction, structural works, and associated infrastructure preparations were executed by our specialized teams.

Scope of Works Executed:

🔹 Reinforced Concrete Structural Works:

All reinforced concrete frame structures forming the hospital’s primary load-bearing system were constructed in full compliance with high engineering standards and healthcare facility specifications set forth in Acıbadem projects. High-strength concrete mixes and premium-grade reinforcement steel were utilized for columns, beams, slabs, and shear walls to ensure durability and structural integrity.

🔹 Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) Block Wall Applications:

For both internal and external partition walls, AAC blocks were chosen due to their superior fire resistance and thermal insulation properties. Partition walls, detailed in accordance with project specifications, were completed through a rapid yet precise installation process.

🔹 Screed Works:

Leveling screeds were applied to prepare floors for final finishes, providing an even substrate for mechanical and electrical installations. These works were carried out with strict attention to surface flatness and slope control, ensuring the seamless progression of subsequent construction stages.

🔹 Rough Plaster Works:

Rough plaster applications were completed across all interior surfaces to prepare them for finishing works. MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) service penetrations and wall surfaces were made even prior to fine finishing. The selected plaster materials and workmanship quality met the stringent hygiene requirements demanded by healthcare facilities.

Handover to Finishing Works and Other Disciplines:

Upon completion of the structural works, all interior spaces were handed over to other trades—including architectural finishing, electrical, and mechanical installation teams—in a fully prepared and well-coordinated manner.

In preparation for finishing works, all necessary service openings, level adjustments, anchor points, and infrastructure provisions were coordinated and executed in advance.
