Our company has successfully completed the Green Park Residences project, designed to offer a modern and comfortable living space, on a total construction area of 54,000 m². This complex, consisting of approximately 600 apartments and rising in 12 blocks, promises its residents not just a home, but an integrated lifestyle enriched with comprehensive social amenities. The project was implemented with a quality-of-life-focused approach, covering every detail from the foundation to the landscaping.
Comprehensive Construction Process and Application Details
Rough Construction and Foundation: At the beginning of the project, excavation and filling work was carried out to ensure that all blocks were built on a solid foundation. Reinforced concrete foundations, columns, walls, and floors were constructed to ensure structural durability. Insulation work, particularly polyurea insulation and protective concrete, was carried out in the basements and foundations of the buildings to guarantee their longevity and protection from moisture. Additionally, elevator and stairwells were constructed to facilitate vertical circulation within the building, and the necessary shafts and embedded installations for electrical and mechanical systems were installed.
Finishing Work and Interior Details: The comfort and aesthetics of the apartments and common areas were achieved through meticulous finishing work.Coating and Surfaces: Durable and aesthetic door and window frames and laminate doors were used inside the apartments. Interior walls were built with lightweight and insulated aerated concrete. Wall and floor tiles were used for wet areas (bathrooms, kitchens), and stylish marble flooring was chosen for the stairs.
Insulation and Security: Insulation work was carried out in all wet areas. Fire doors compliant with safety standards were installed, and terrace slope concrete, insulation, and protective concrete were poured on the rooftops of all buildings for waterproofing.
Technical Infrastructure: All technical systems required to meet the modern living needs of residents were designed and integrated.
Electrical: Strong and weak current installations were set up to ensure a safe and uninterrupted energy flow. Lightning protection, grounding, and smoke detector systems were integrated for safety.
Mechanical: Sewage, clean water, and heating-cooling systems that enhance the comfort of the buildings, along with fire protection systems and fire cabinets that ensure life safety, have been fully completed.
Social Areas and Landscape Design: The project is not limited to residential blocks. To support residents' social lives, extensive social amenities such as open and closed swimming pools, a fitness center, a children's play area, a sauna, a spa, a market, a hairdresser, and security booths have been constructed. Additionally, a closed parking lot and infrastructure, landscaping, and landscaping work surrounding the entire site have been completed, offering residents a peaceful and green living environment.The
