Comprehensive Construction Process and Implementation Details
Deep Excavation and Rough Construction: At the project's outset, deep excavation operations were carried out using shoring systems to ensure building safety. The building's load-bearing skeleton was constructed with strong reinforced concrete foundations, basement walls, and columns. Reinforced concrete slabs were poured throughout the structure to form the layers. At this stage, insulation work for the building's foundations and walls was completed to provide maximum protection against moisture and water damage.
Facade and Roof Systems: Dorya Residence has a modern and elegant architectural design. The building was given a prestigious identity with sinterflex facade cladding and aluminum curtain wall construction, which adds a modern touch with its wide openings. On the roof, terrace slope concrete, polyurea insulation, and protective concrete were poured to ensure waterproofing.
Interior Finishing Work: The comfort and aesthetics of the residential and commercial spaces are ensured through meticulously executed finishing work.
Coating and Surfaces: Durable door and window frames and stylish laminate doors were used in apartments and offices. Interior walls were built with lightweight, insulated aerated concrete. Wall and floor tiles were chosen for common areas and wet rooms, while aesthetic marble flooring was chosen for staircases.
Insulation and Security: Insulation work was carried out in all wet areas. Fire doors compliant with security standards were installed.
Technical Infrastructure: All technical systems required to meet the residential and commercial needs of the building were designed and integrated.
Electrical: Strong and weak current installations were set up to ensure a safe and uninterrupted energy flow. Lightning protection, grounding, and smoke detector systems were integrated for safety.
Mechanical: Sewage, clean water, and heating-cooling systems that enhance the comfort of the buildings, as well as fire protection systems and fire cabinets that ensure life safety, were completed in full.
Landscaping: The project was not limited to building construction. All infrastructure and landscaping work supporting the overall operation of the facility was completed, providing residents and employees with aesthetic and functional outdoor spaces.
