Our company has successfully completed the construction of the Üçge Sancaktepe Residential and Commercial Project, which has a total construction area of 23,000 m² in Sancaktepe, one of Istanbul's rapidly developing regions. This mixed-use project combines modern residential living with functional commercial spaces, offering a comprehensive solution tailored to the needs of the region. Our project reflects the meticulousness and engineering quality we have demonstrated in every stage, from the foundation to the landscaping.
Comprehensive Construction Process and Application Details
Challenging Ground and Rough Structure: In our urban-density project, deep excavation work was carried out using shoring systems to ensure a safe working environment. The building's load-bearing skeleton was constructed with high-strength reinforced concrete foundations, basement walls, and columns. Insulation was applied during the foundation and wall construction to provide maximum protection against moisture and water damage. All floors' reinforced concrete columns, walls, and slabs were also completed.
Terrace and Finishing Work: Terrace slope concrete, polyurea insulation, and protective concrete were poured on the roof of the building to ensure waterproofing. Comfort and aesthetics were prioritized in the interior spaces. Durable door and window frames and stylish laminate doors were used. Interior walls were constructed using lightweight, insulated gas concrete. Ceramic tiles were chosen for walls and floors in wet areas, while aesthetic marble flooring was selected for staircases. Additionally, fire doors compliant with safety standards were installed, and insulation work was carried out in wet areas.
Technical Infrastructure: Technical systems capable of meeting all operational needs of the building were designed and integrated.
Electrical: Strong and weak current installations were set up to ensure uninterrupted power supply. Lightning protection, grounding, and smoke detector systems were integrated for safety.
Mechanical: Plumbing systems for wastewater, clean water, heating, and cooling, along with fire protection systems and fire extinguishers to ensure safety, were fully completed.
Landscaping: The project was not limited to the construction of buildings. All infrastructure and landscaping work supporting the overall operation of the facility was completed, providing residents and employees with aesthetic and functional outdoor spaces.
