Our company successfully completed several large-scale projects for Buseb A.Ş. Construction in the Bursa Free Zone, a major hub for industry and trade. Our projects span a wide range of services, from administrative buildings and industrial facilities to infrastructure works and site development, making strategic contributions to the region's growth.
Construction Process and Application Details
Structural and Administrative Buildings: The project scope included the construction of various buildings to meet the operational and administrative needs of the zone. These comprise the Buseb A.Ş. administrative building, the Free Zone Directorate's administrative building, and the Customs Directorate's administrative building. To enhance the region's energy infrastructure, we also built 15 substation buildings.
Industrial Storage Areas: We constructed three modern warehouses with a total area of 20,000 m² to serve industrial and logistical needs. One is a 10,000 m² space-frame steel-structure warehouse, and the other two are 5,000 m² space-frame steel-structure warehouses. These structures maximize operational efficiency with their wide spans and structural integrity.
Commercial and Support Structures: The project also included commercial and security-focused constructions. We built 30 shops totaling 300 m². Additionally, we constructed the Bursa Free Zone Customs Entry Building for secure access control and retaining structures to protect the infrastructure.
Interior Finishes: We implemented extensive interior finishes and specialized applications to enhance the functionality and aesthetics of the buildings.
Exterior and Interior Surfaces: We applied insulation and plaster-paint systems to the buildings' exterior facades for energy efficiency. Interior walls were finished with meticulous plastering and painting.
Coverings and Doors: We poured durable floor coverings and concrete slabs. We used aluminum joinery and laminate doors to give the buildings a modern look. For safety, we installed fire-rated doors and for logistical ease, we installed industrial doors.
Special Applications: We installed suspended ceilings and implemented waterproofing in wet areas for aesthetics and durability. We also completed modern WCs and changing rooms for employee comfort.
Electrical and Mechanical Systems: We installed all technical infrastructure to ensure the smooth operation of the buildings and the entire zone, focusing on efficiency and safety.
Electrical: We installed high-voltage and low-voltage electrical systems as well as lightning protection and grounding systems for complete safety. To support internal communication and data flow, we set up telephone and data wiring. We also installed a fire alarm system for security and fixtures, site and garden lighting for illumination.
Mechanical: We completed the wastewater, clean water, heating, boiler room, fire fighting, ventilation, and hydrant systems to ensure the buildings' comfort and safety.
Infrastructure and Site Development: The project extended beyond building construction. We completed the infrastructure, site development, and landscaping works to support the entire zone's operation, creating a modern and organized industrial environment.
