Our company has successfully completed a modern Business Center project with a total construction area of 9,000 m² for Matlı Yem San. ve Tic. A.Ş., one of the leading organizations in the food and feed sector. This project required significant engineering expertise, particularly due to challenging ground conditions and the high density of the city center. All processes, from the basic infrastructure to the rough construction, were carried out meticulously in accordance with high safety and quality standards.
Construction Process and Comprehensive Application Details
Deep Excavation and Ground Improvement: The most critical phase of the project was ensuring ground stability and creating a safe working environment. In this context, 4,180 meters of 80-meter retaining piles were constructed to secure the surrounding structures during deep excavation. In addition, 3,770 meters of 60-meter jet grouting was carried out to increase the building's load-bearing capacity. These advanced engineering solutions ensured that the project progressed safely even under the most challenging conditions.
Structural Frame and Foundation: Following ground improvement works, the reinforced concrete foundations, walls, and columns forming the building's foundation were constructed. Reinforced concrete slabs were poured on all floors of the structure, forming the skeleton of the architectural plan. Throughout the building, all insulation works were completed thoroughly to ensure the structure's longevity.
Technical Infrastructure and Systems: All infrastructure necessary for the building's future operational needs was prepared during the rough construction phase. Elevators and stairwells providing vertical circulation within the building were constructed. Shafts and embedded installations necessary for the seamless integration of electrical and mechanical installations were meticulously placed.
Roof Construction: Terrace slope concrete, terrace insulation, and protective concrete were poured to ensure waterproofing of the building's roof.
Landscaping: The project was not limited to the construction of the building. Infrastructure, landscaping, and landscaping works supporting the operation of the entire facility were also completed, creating an aesthetic and functional outdoor area.
