BMC Power Production Facility – Turnkey Industrial Construction Application
As Umut İnşaat, we proudly undertook full responsibility for the finishing works of the BMC Power Production Facility—a strategic investment in Turkey’s defense and engine technologies sector.
The structure was handed over to us with its shell and core construction completed, and was meticulously transformed into a fully operational, turnkey facility through the execution of comprehensive interior and exterior finishing works. The scope of work included the following:
Screed Applications: Durable, level, and long-lasting floor surfaces were achieved across all interior spaces.
Insulation Works: Thermal, acoustic, and waterproofing systems were implemented using modern materials to ensure durability and indoor comfort.
Wall, Partition, and Cladding Works: Interior layout was realized through high-standard partition wall systems, supported by wall, floor, and ceiling claddings.
Roof and Façade Installations: Modern roofing and façade systems were integrated over the existing structural shell, providing both energy efficiency and architectural aesthetics.
Circulation Elements: Vertical and horizontal circulation components such as staircases, platforms, and access ways were manufactured with a focus on safety and ergonomic use.
Door and Vent Systems: Industrial-type doors and ventilation grilles were installed to ensure secure access and efficient airflow.
Handrails and Skirting Works: Handrail installations were completed for safety, while skirting elements enhanced both functionality and visual completeness of interior spaces.
Profile and Interior Fixtures: Metal and aluminum profiles were fabricated for various applications, along with the installation of sanitary ware and other interior components, finalizing the building’s usability.
All works were successfully delivered in compliance with the client’s quality standards, project timelines, and technical specifications, resulting in a ready-to-use, turnkey industrial facility.
