Our company has built a modern production facility with a total construction area of 7,380 m² for Coşkunöz Aviation in accordance with these standards. This project offers a comprehensive turnkey solution, meticulously addressing every detail at every stage, from ground preparation to technical infrastructure.
Project Scope and Implementation Details:
Groundwork and Rough Construction: At the start of the project, comprehensive ground improvement works were carried out using mechanical fillings to ensure the facility was built on stable ground. Subsequently, the reinforced concrete foundation and columns, which form the main load-bearing structure of the building, were constructed. Steel columns, roof, and facade steel were used to create a sturdy and functional skeleton for the building, capable of supporting high spans and heavy loads.
Insulation and Exterior Facade: Insulation work was carried out from the foundation to the roof to enhance the building's energy efficiency and resistance to external factors. The roof and facades were clad with stone wool panels that provide superior thermal and sound insulation, achieving both an aesthetic and functional result.
Custom Fabrications: The machine foundations, which are the heart of the production processes, were constructed with special precision. Industrial doors were installed for internal transportation and operational efficiency, and fire doors were installed for safety.
Administrative Building and Interior Works: In addition to the production area, the administrative building and offices were designed and completed to provide a modern and comfortable working environment.
Finishings and Coverings: Interior walls were constructed using aerated concrete blocks. Durable ceramic and marble floor coverings were used on the floors. In offices and common areas, suspended ceilings, plastering, and painting work were carried out to create a stylish atmosphere.
Special Applications: Office partitions were used to provide flexibility between offices. Aluminum frames and laminate doors were preferred for doors. Modern restrooms and changing rooms were built for employees.
Electrical and Mechanical Systems: All technical infrastructure necessary for the smooth operation of the facility was installed using the latest technologies.
Electrical: High-voltage and low-voltage installations, power infrastructure, data lines, and a generator ensured uninterrupted power supply. Lightning protection and grounding systems provided full security against potential risks.Fire detection and emergency announcement systems were integrated for safety.
Mechanical: Process lines that are vital for production processes were installed, along with heating, cooling, ventilation, sewage, and clean water systems that ensure the comfort of the building. Fire protection systems were also completed for safety.
Infrastructure and Landscape Design: Floor slabs were poured to support the facility's overall operations, and infrastructure and landscape design work was completed, with the project delivered turnkey.
