Our company has successfully completed the rough construction and infrastructure work for the Kent Meydanı Shopping Mall project, which covers a vast area of 90,000 m² in the center of Bursa. By forming the foundation of this project, which has become one of the city's most important living and meeting points, we have once again demonstrated our modern architectural and engineering capabilities.

This project required special expertise due to both its technical complexity and its location in the city center.

Project Scope and Implementation Details:

Deep Excavation and Shoring Systems: At the start of the project, deep excavation work was carried out for the parking lot and basement levels. To ensure the safety of buildings in the city center, shoring systems were installed during the excavation. This protected surrounding structures and created a safe working environment. After the excavation, backfilling and ground preparation work was completed.

Comprehensive Reinforced Concrete Structure: The strong and durable skeleton of Kent Meydanı Shopping Mall was built with meticulously applied reinforced concrete solutions.

Foundations and Basement Floors: The reinforced concrete foundations, which are the most important load-bearing elements of the building, were laid. The walls and columns of the three basement floors were constructed using high-strength concrete.

Upper Floors and Flooring: Cassette system reinforced concrete flooring was used to create the spacious and airy interior of the shopping mall. Columns and walls were completed on all floors in accordance with the architectural and structural requirements of the project.

Infrastructure and System Preparations: During the rough construction phase, infrastructure work vital to the building's future electrical and mechanical needs was carried out. The foundation for vertical circulation within the building was laid with elevator and stairwells. Shafts and embedded installations necessary for electrical and mechanical systems were carefully placed. Additionally, water and heat insulation work was completed throughout the building, starting from the foundation, ensuring the structure's long-term durability.

General Infrastructure and Landscape Design: The necessary infrastructure and landscape design work for the shopping mall's outdoor areas was completed, supporting the project's overall functionality and aesthetic appeal.
