Our company has successfully completed the Hotel Baia Lara project, one of the iconic structures of the tourism sector, on a vast area of 34,000 m². This prestigious hotel, rising in Lara, the jewel of Antalya, has brought a new breath of fresh air to Mediterranean tourism with its modern architecture and luxurious amenities. Comprehensive Construction Process
Foundation and Rough Construction: At the beginning of the project, the necessary excavation and filling work was carried out with great care to ensure that the massive structure was built on a solid foundation. The building's load-bearing structure was constructed using high-strength reinforced concrete foundations, basement wall columns, and floors. In addition to the underground floors, the reinforced concrete columns, walls, and floors of all other floors were also completed to the highest standards.
Insulation and Infrastructure Preparations: To ensure the building's longevity and protection against external factors, comprehensive insulation work was completed on all floors, starting from the foundation. Considering all the hotel's operational needs, all infrastructure preparations were made during the rough construction phase. Elevators and stairwells providing vertical circulation within the building were constructed. The shafts and embedded installations required for the seamless integration of electrical and mechanical systems were professionally installed.Environmental and Infrastructure Development: The project was not limited to the construction of the hotel building. All infrastructure and environmental development work supporting the overall operation of the facility was completed, and the hotel's outdoor areas were also prepared in line with guests' comfort and aesthetic expectations.
