Eksun Gıda Yalnızdam Wind Project

3 Turbine Platform and Foundation, Transportation Routes and Culverts Construction Work

Total Installed Capacity: 18.9MW

Bergama - İzmir, Turkey
In-Progress

This project, implemented by Eksun Gıda in Yalnızdam, involves the installation of three wind turbines and the construction of the related infrastructure, which is a critical step towards sustainable energy production. Our project aims to complete all stages, from turbine foundations to transportation routes, in accordance with the highest engineering and safety standards.

Turbine Foundations and Platform Manufacturing

The most critical phase of the project is the manufacturing of turbine foundations capable of withstanding high static and dynamic loads. This process will begin with excavation of the foundation areas and continue with the pouring of grout to enhance the stability of the ground. Formwork and rebar installation will be carried out to form the main load-bearing structure of the foundations, followed by the completion of the turbine foundation reinforced concrete manufacturing.

Anchoring systems that provide a secure connection between the turbine towers and the foundation, as well as electrical conduit installations for energy transmission, will be integrated prior to the concrete pour. Finally, grout will be poured to reinforce the structural integrity of the foundation. Additionally, waterproofing and drainage system applications will be implemented to protect the foundations from groundwater and moisture.

Logistics and Infrastructure Construction

The installation of wind turbines is a special logistics operation that requires the transportation of heavy and bulky equipment. Therefore, transportation routes and turbine installation platforms will be constructed with great care for the turbine installation project. Excavation and filling works, which will be carried out in accordance with the challenging conditions of the terrain, will ensure the safe movement of heavy cranes and transport vehicles. These roads and platforms will be delivered in accordance with test standards and made ready for operational use.

To ensure the durability and sustainability of the transportation routes, water ditches will be constructed according to the topography of the terrain. At road crossings, reinforced concrete culverts compliant with DSİ (State Water Works) standards will be constructed to control the drainage of surface water flow.

This project serves as a model example of how turnkey projects in the wind energy sector can be successfully executed. The Eksun Food Yalnızdam Project aims to establish a robust, reliable, and modern infrastructure for clean energy production.
