Our company has successfully completed a modern factory building project with a total construction area of 7,500 m² for Çimtaş Boru İmalatları Ltd. Şti., one of the leading companies in the pipe and steel industry. The project was realized as a functional and safe facility that supports the company's production capacity, thanks to the meticulousness and engineering expertise we demonstrated throughout the entire process, from foundation to roof.
Construction Process and Application Details
Rough Structure and Foundation: Our project began with the necessary excavation and filling work to ensure the building was constructed on a solid foundation. Reinforced concrete foundations were poured to withstand heavy industrial loads, and all insulation work was carried out to provide maximum protection against moisture and water damage. The building's main load-bearing structure was quickly constructed by installing steel columns, roofs, and facades, which are ideal for wide spans and operational flexibility.
Facade and Roof Systems: The exterior shell of the factory was clad with stone wool panels that provide superior thermal and sound insulation, maximizing energy efficiency. Skylights were integrated into the roof to provide natural lighting and energy savings. A modern siphonic system was installed for the rapid and effective drainage of rainwater.
Interior and Functional Areas: Special manufacturing was carried out taking into account the production processes and employee comfort of the facility. Industrial doors were installed for ease of transportation and logistics within the factory, and fire doors were installed for safety. Modern restrooms and changing rooms were completed for the hygiene and comfort of employees. Plastering and painting work was carried out with great care on all walls.
Flooring and Infrastructure: Special-grade floor concrete was poured to ensure the factory can withstand heavy traffic and industrial chemicals. General infrastructure requirements were completed, and the facility's outdoor areas were made functional through landscaping.
